JUST IN: A VCM here in Camarin, Caloocan City has been down for an hour. Officials have advised voters to leave their ballots so they can be processed later.

UPDATE [8:30 a.m.]: Officials said a technician is still trying to fix the machine. They also said they are waiting for a VCM in another precinct here to become available so they can process the ballots later.

While voters are advised to get an official receipt of their vote, people here in line are leaning towards leaving their ballots since they don't want to wait longer in line.
