Yet please bare with me...

My sister in law gave me a newly laptop
Gateway ms2396
Window 8.1

My problem is...
Kung pano ma change language completely si Japanese into English?

Walang
Install na nakalagay sa settings para ma download yung language pack..
So manually nag install nalang ako ng .cab files.. And temporary naiintindihan ko na si laptop...

Pero minsan lumalabas padin pagiging Japanese nya...

Please help me pano ma change language sya completely..
