-go to settings more->mobilenetworks->accesspointnames then create new APN
Name: Telstra Internet
APN: agps.supl.telstra.com
APN type: default
Port: 8080

Authentication type: chap

Save .

Then open the Psiphon etc. Vpn
Then connect Boom
