❓ Help Call Center Agent Salary

Hi I just want to ask if magkano usual rate ng call center agent. I applied kahapon and I passed it. Gusto nila ako pabalikin this comming monday but the problem is feel ko mababatalaga ang rate kaya undecided parin ako if I will grab it or not. Any clarifications and suggestions po?

It depends on the account. If voice, non-voice, or blend account. AND of course if you already have an experience, another thing that they consider if you'll ask for a higher salary

if you're first-timer, grab that. maliit o malaki, experience ang kelangan mo if gusto mo ng malaking sahod. hehe

True kung wala pa kayo experience sa field ng call center grab nyo yun kasi meron free training yun and a ladder to the top para pag nag resign kayo pwede kayo mag demand ng salary nyo heheh paabutin nyo ng 1 year experience para pwede kayo mag request ng salary nyo and cons lang kasi nyan night shift pero kung gusto nyo talaga kunin nyo na sayang din yan
