If you're looking to renew your driver's license soon, don't be surprised if the card comes out looking slightly different than before.

The Land Transportation Office (LTO) and the Department of Transportation (DOTr) have released photos showing the new-look driver's license cards on their official Facebook page.

Look: LTO reveals new driver

Basically, LTO and DOTr only did a minor redesign. In front, the usual blue background has now been replaced with white and comes with some hints of purple. In the back, the chrome strip running through the length of the card is gone, and in place of it is a dashed line that comes in a shade of red.

The driver's license layout was retained together with its security features to ensure authenticity. Plus, You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now..
