Una use default apn or other apn na working sa inyo then do this:
>ON data
>enable airplane mode
>dial *#*#4636#*#*
>phone information
>run ping test
>turn off radio
>turn on LTE ram dump
then proceed to next step
Then gamit ka dalawang psiphon (any psiphon handler)
Dalawa lang para hindi masyado malakas kumain ng battery
1st psiphon(run in browser mode only)
2nd psiphon(tunnel whole device mode)
Ito gamitin nyo na proxy server
