Sa totoo lang walang kahit na anumang makaka bypass pag nag set si ISP ng limit sa bandwidth ng subscriber nila. VPN will only make ur traffic encrypted so that's why ISP can't see what sites are u visiting and bcoz of VPN u can visit sites that r forbidden by the ISP at same site na binabawasan Nila ang bandwidth pag bumibisita ka. Real talk nayan Walang VPN na makaka bypass sa bandwidth limit na senet ni ISP.
