Always use mobile data instead of wifi tapos incognito browser ang gamitin. Chrome or phone browser. Twice lang magamit ang isang card and once detected na ang device or Paypal account/card connected, auto-refund na. Try to use a different device, new paypal account and new card. Make sure to use a different number and email for registration and loading.
