those agencies are just training you kung pano ka maka pasa sa real interview, if first time mo edi mag iisip ka talaga na nag apply ka din sa kanila (double application), they are partners of real call centers para mag screen ng applicants through information (yung iba mag back out na after ma inform about call centers) para hindi na mag aksaya si real call center ng hiring process para doon sa mga di qualified and not so interested, in short they are just giving HR solutions to real call centers
 
Mga referral ek ek mga habol ng recruiters na yan. Good thing for all newbies with no cce.

Ingats sa mga scams na matatamis dila or post with or without exp daw hahaha. Atleast hskul graduate kyeme no experience needed 🤣mga kups na recruitments dami sa ef bee nagkalat. Ingats🤭
