TS, suggestion ko, gamitin mo muna yung Low Level Formatting Tool ni HDD Guru, ipo-format niya iyan as a new disk drive:

Pagkatapos niyan, partitioning at high level formatting, i-format mo na siya sa exFAT kay Rufus.
