🎓 Academic Supplier Payment Method sa Chart of account

Good day mga boss. Need ko sana ng assist para sa mga marunong sa accounting regarding saan ko ba Ipapasok ung supplier payment sa list ng chart of account. Saan ko siya i-tatag or i-link.

Initially me 3 cases and lahat sila sa "Advances to Supplier" nakalagay sa ngaun.

Case 1:
If cheque payment sa advances pa din ba?

Case 2:
If me petty cash na binigay saang item sa chart of account ko ilalagay?

Case 3
If ung dineliver na product item galing sa supplier, binayaran ng cash galing sa kinita ng araw na un. On the spot payment as delivered.

Understanding ko kc papasok cia sa advanced to supplier under account payable if me terms lang ako.

Ung hindi siya lalabas sa account payable kasi binayaran na if petty cash or if sa cash sales galing.

Petty Cash - Petty Cash Fund
Cash Sales - Cash on Hand

"Advances to Supplier" ay current asset po hindi siya under accounts payable, ginagamit lang po siya incase na hindi pa nadeliver yung products sayo pero nabayaran mo na.

Ung cheque ko kc nakatag as advances to supplier.

Pano ung case na delivered na pero me terms. Then before matapos ung day of terms babayaran ng cheque kc malaki.
