❓ Help A few Questions for globe

1. Did globe blocked Torrent Downloading? Because it seems my torrent wont download anything.
2. Assuming that globe did not block torrent downloading is it possible to download in torrent using IHQ or proxifier? Can you please share the settings because i have been searching and trying some settings but to no avail. Thank you.

Correct si Kent3215. at nagmaintenance po si bibbo. April 4 to April 17.so possibly the connection is intermittent kaya po ganun.
