“DEADLY SILENCE” We are all aware of the power of our words, but did you also know about the power of your silence? When words are not spoken, the silence also assassinates. You’ve certainly practiced the ‘silent treatment.’ That is meant to pierce as well as persecute the receiver. The one thing we are not considering is what the silence is doing to us.
Why hold back words of forgiveness or love or peace? You may not experience tomorrow’s sunrise and forever regret your anger and disgust was useless.
The Bible says whatever fills our hearts s***** out of our mouths. If your heart is full today, or hurt, or broken, find relief, comfort, and healing so that the words that flow from your mouth bless others and yourself. Don’t wait until it is too late.
