kahit irename ko pa ito sa original extension at tanggalin yung HFGD , mag error na, ayaw na basahin ng app. like excel , corrupted daw. at saka paanu ito maprevent?

Yes po, hindi lang files , pati app po, like photoshop, naging iba ang extension, tpaos pagrename ko, error na sya, corrupted na. May importanat files panaman ako dito, yung excel file, ayaw na maretrieve eh, damage or corrupted na. Yung pinalitan ko ng xls ang xlsx, iba na yung laman. Anu kaya pwede gawin dito sir? Format? Palit os? Gusto ko pa sana mabalik yung files na nasira.
