Pasensiya na po sa mga hindi makadownload try niyo po gamit uc browser at sa mga hindi maka connect baka po by area lang siya , so far po connected naman ako TnT sim kaso throttled parin...

as long as hindi to modded psiphon, di to affected ng 10mb plague

Sa mga naka eexperience din ng 10mb plague tulad ko... suggest lng, try singapore server, uncheck the auto update if time.. choose singapore standard time. Then start connecting.

If mag slow p rin after 10mb stop tunnel, then go to other options and check the use http box.

Hope it works for those who'll try, as it worked for me.. and I always get to download hd movies with 1gb of data within 1 1/2-2 hours...
