create new apn: http.globe.com.ph
(oo pang globe na apn saja para gumana)

handler setting
add port to non-port url: 1080
check remove port
proxy type: real host
proxy server: gamex.ph

real proxy type: socks
real proxy server : 10.1.1.181
real proxy port : 1080
then SAVE!

that's all... hit like and comment na ln if magwork senyo...tnx!!!
