Sa mga Nagwowork sa BPO Industry (Tech Support, Call Center Agent), May gusto lang po sana ako malaman kung paano ang process, mga equipment na ginagamit ,
sa call center ,

Gusto kasi ng boss ko gawing call center set-up ang CS namin and wala akong idea kung saan ako mag start.
