❓ Help How to Stock IN and Out in ms access?

Can anyone help me with our database program "Pharmacy Management System" focusing on sales and inventory. I'm having a hard time in making the stock in/out. I want to monitor the remaining or quantity of items whenever a customer purchased an item and when we order items from a supplier.
