Uniqlo stays in Russia despite international pressure - Bloomberg.

“Clothing is a vital necessity. The people of Russia have the same right to life as we do,” said Tadashi Yanai, CEO of the parent company Fast Retailing Co.

Yanai said he questions the trend that is forcing companies to make political choices.
