Ask ko lang po if may hidden charges si G sa postpaid plans nila?
Yung phone plan ko kasi is yung 799/month pero pagdating nung bill ko, 1k+ yung lumalabas na bill ko for the month.
Walang response yung CS nila so I'm just confused.

E register mo boss sa GlobeOne app yung postpaid number mo. Tapos tingan mo doon yung statement/bills. Usually excess usage ang reason ng mataas na billing like calls to other network, data or may na avail na promo.
