good morning Boss, mukhang mabigat yang dinadala mo. pero lahat ng problema may solusyon. tiwala lang, kapit lang.
 
Yan din sinabi ko dati sa sarili ko, pero hanggang ngayon nandito pa din ako. Wag mo lang isipin at kalimutan mo yung bagay na nagpapabigat sayo. Lilipas din yan.
 
Mahirap talaga mag move on especially if you are stuck and struggling to get out of those painful and sad memories but still you can change the way you think about it,you just need to set some goals
for yourself.Try to put those negative events into a perspective and refrain bringing those past.Subukan mong baguhin yung ways of thoughts mo.Take sometime to pinpoint why you feel the way you do.Wag kang matakot duon sa mga pagkakamali mo ,instead ,always think as a beginner and start somewhere.Lagi kang magset ng mga mini- goals sa iyong sarili,kung pwedi dinn subukan mo yung mga mas challenging at explore mo lang.Lastly pamper yourself and maglaan ka ng oras to regain and rebuild your confidence.
 
Try to keep busy with other things muna. for now maging priorities mo muna yung sarili mo para maka set ng goals at makalimutan mo yung karanasan mo dati.
 
minsan sa dami nating problema di na natin naiisip na may handang tumulong sa atin gaaano man yan kalaki di ka nila tayo iiwanan.. ang ating family. lapit ka lang sa kanila sigurado gagaan pakiramdam mo.
