Please enlightened me bakit insufficient balance, but same naman siya sa XRP Balance ko?

New user ako sa Coinbase from Uphold, transfer ko lang ng HODL for the past 1½ years sa Uphold earnings and Coinbase is the worst, almost 1 week na ako nagemail, call their support and reply lang ni CS "There's nothing can we do about that, Sir." Wow. Naging support pa kayo.

May suggestions po ba kung panno ko marerelase ng Frozen XRP sa wallet? And any recommendations na best wallet sana with best proper support unlike Coinbase? Thanks.
