Hello, may naka-encounter na po ba sa inyo ng problema sa adobe about error code : 21, installation problem po, lumalabas kasi don is OS does not meet the requirements etc. parang ganon po. Kung may nakakaalam po sa inyo kung paano ayusin, pa-help naman po. Naka-windows 10 po ako. Thank you po.

check mo un windows 10 version mo sobrang old or one of the earlier version of windows 10 either mag reformat ka sa mas bagong version or try checking sa windows update then update mo lahat ng pending

Ganon po ba yon? Kasi ang minimum requirements niya po is hanggang windows 7 na version, naka windows 10 enterprise yung version namin. Ang tanging adobe lang na na-download ko po is yung Photoshop.
Same din po don sa Autocad namin, nag gaganon po siya.
