🔒 Closed Help please

After this windows logo my laptop starts (i can hear the start up sound) but the screen remains blank. No Backlight. This only happens in normal mode. My desktop shows in Safe mode.

Help me please.

It may be caused by a rogue software (Computer Virus).
That also happened to my laptop. The things I did to fix it is to re install Windows.

Thank you for your answers but Link 1 - How do i type in the command if there's no display. Link 2 - My laptop won't make any restore points and already tried troubleshoots about it. Still doesn't work. Link 3 - I am using HP.

It may be caused by a rogue software (Computer Virus).

Guess that's my final option when other troubleshoots didn't work.
