🔒 Closed Free Internet Query

Hello, it would be really helpful if anyone would be able to help me out.
I am using "pd-proxy" and "wi-free" to gain free access to the internet via my mobile operator. on UDP port 9201
for some reason the "wi-free" website has gone down in recent weeks.
pd proxy works fine the android alternative droid vpn does not seem to work.
I would like to know if there is a configuration to get the same free internet via open vpn
on my local network using the same UDP port 9201
or any android apps that will assist me in getting the same free internet to android as the pd proxy or wi-free ( please pm me for network and country)
also are there any linux alternatives for pd-proxy or wi-free

Heya, i don't know how to use most of the TOOLS that they share in this forum.

Most of them are using Psiphon Handler/IHS/Proxifier etc. and other Tricks/Promo/Bugs to bypass capacity and get free internet surfing.

Hopefully someone will help you answer your question from this forum. GL
