Dun sa last part na sinasabi mo, abortion in general yung pinepenalize yung women (presently).

Basahin mo yung Article 11 ng Penal Code natin. Kaya ko nasabing weird yung batas natin kasi contradicting.

4. Any person who, in order to avoid an evil or injury, does not act which causes damage to another, provided that the following requisites are present;

First. That the evil sought to be avoided actually exists;

I think yung sinasabi mong motion to legalize it extends dun sa abortion beyond therapeutic purposes.

Dun sa last part na sinasabi mo, abortion in general yung pinepenalize yung women (presently).

Basahin mo yung Article 11 ng Penal Code natin. Kaya ko nasabing weird yung batas natin kasi contradicting.

kung mapapansin mo from first clause to third clause palaging sabi "any person who acts"
pagka fourth clause which is yun ang reply mo ay sabi "any person who does not act"

abortion is an action so i think hindi niya covered yung abortion
