Madali lang makapasa po. As long as confident with the English language kahit not so fluent keri na po.

Mga usual na tanong ay eto

* Can you tell me something about yourself that is not in the dictionary?

* What is your idea of a BPO Industry?

*What is your edge among other applicants?

*What are your strength and weaknesses?

*How do you relate your course to a call center industry?

Try mo muna mag Teleperformance, Alorica and Sitel.
Newbie friendly sila and madali ka makakapasok.

Ang rejections laging andyan yan. Ako nga 3-4 times bumagsak bago tuluyang nakapasa sa CC. Be positive lang. If you are confident na madedeliver mo mga answers mo ng maayos then you're good to go. Try and try until you succeed. If bumagsak man. Learn from it then try another company hanggang makapasok ka. If eager ka talaga magwork sa BPO Field then you have to gain experiences sa application process.

Matagal na ako wala sa Alorica pero okay naman doon. Madali dali makpasok Galingan lang sa interview. Anong stage ka na ng application mo ?
