🔒 Closed Can't access Control Panel

Hindi ko po maaccess control panel, pc settings, search and files sa windows 8.1 ko. Ano po pwede gawin? 500 daw po pag pinareformat ko. Thanks!

Try nyo po to galing kay malygirls1 sa support ng HP, 8.1 din ang problem ng nagtatanong doon, baka gagana din sayo eto.

In Windows 8, Windows 7 or Windows Vista, type cmd in start search box. In the result, which appear, right click on cmd and select Run As Administrator.

In the command prompt window which opens, type sfc /scannow and hit Enter.

Once it is finished restart your system and let me know if it helped at all with Control Panel.
