Download first rar apk to google play for you to extract files. Second download psiphon handler any version you can search it here, just tick the search icon above. I'm using psiphon 108.. After you download it just choose any working settings on page 1 of this thread. You can also search other settings from the threads of our fellow phcornerians... enjoy staying and welcome to phc,

Naka depende pa rin po kung working ang proxy server na gamit at pangalawa ang location at pangatlo dapat walang load to avoid cdc at pang apat gamit na unit ng cp at pang huli kelangan may tyaga makaconnect
