As far as I know merong extractor ang mga android phones pero siguro d lahat. I'm not sure basta yung sa akin meron nang extractor for .zip and .rar files. Download mo lang yan and try to open baka may extractor android phone mo,.

Is that .apk file? Kung .apk file na yan then the file maybe corrupted. Kung ang latest Radioactivevpn and dinownload mo then its an apk file so no need to extract. Install mo lang then okay na yan, in your case I think corrupted yung file na nadownload mo,.Redownload and check the file size if it is 2.44MB.
