Didn't Give up, I guess​

I tried to give up music,
Played and learned piano,
But can't stop the habit of playing it in illusion,
Tapping my fingers in any desk in my sight.

I tried to give up that thing,
Saved money,
But can't stop spending other thing,
Now, can't buy that thing.

I tried to give up hope,
Cause I said so,
But can't stop worrying,
Luckily, made it barely alive.

I tried to give up for her,
She had someone,
But can't stop thinking of her,
In the end, I had to move on.

I tried to give up my ambition,
Failed at once,
But that didn't stop me,
My future were different at all.

I tried to give up faith,
To think I was abandoned,
But thanks I found a sign,
Redemption was gained.

I'm probably not mistaken
I'm sure I'm not mistaken
I guess.
