(1)Submit ka lang ng ticket using the GCASH app under category na "Old sim no longer working" tapos "Transfer fund to new account" ata yun. (2)Tapos explain mo lang dun kung anong nangyare. Magrereply agad sila through email. (3)Basically, papagawain ka lang nila ng ng new gcash account using your new number PERO Yung INFORMATION DAPAT PAREHAS DUN SA OLD ACCOUNT MO. (4)Then need mo i fully verified ung new account. (5)Pag na fully verified na, iattach mo screenshot sa reply mo dun sa email nila. (6)Lastly, magpapasend sila ng valid ID mo, then yun na, 48 hours processing then matransfer na sa new account mo.
PS: I suggest na ung ID na isesend mo sa email is the same dun sa ID na ginamit mo pang fully verified nung new gcash account mo para makita nila pareho talaga at iisang tao.
