❓ Help How to deal with your boss with trust issues

Well new year and new boss na rin at work.. paano nyo hinandle ang ganitong tao may trust issues? di ako yung type na makikipag sipsipan at magpapaka tuta sa boss.. share advise

Alright.. tama ka i dont work for him but i have to work with him. Will try to ignore na lang nga siguro. Ill let the numbers do the talk
