Hello mga ka PHC,

Kahapon (01/08/09) nagpunta ako sa Smart Store to convert my physical Sim to E-Sim.

Successful naman na nakapag add ako ng cellular plan sa settings kaso hanggang ngayon wala pa ding service yung E-Sim ko.

Tumawag ako sa smart hotline para ifollow-up yung concer ko kaso imonitor ko daw within 24 hours ulit.

May nakapag pa E-Sim na ba dito with the same experience?

Update: Activated na yung e-sim ko.
 
3 hours lang naman akin bago magkasignal. iPhone rin sa akin, yung 13 pro.

Hintay ka lang ng 24 hours, pag wala parin try mo remove yung eSim then scan mo ulit yung QR Code. At if wala parin, call mo nalang yung *888.

Hindi ko nareceived through email yung QR ko. Pina scan lang sakin nung agent sa monitor ng laptop niya. May reference number naman na binigay sakin nung nireport ko kanina.
