mag jailbreak ako,
exampla nasa boot menu na , nag boot na ako sa flashdrive na may checkra1n , pag tapus ng ko gamitin ung checkra1n , ma foformat ba ung main boot ng windows ko?

Hindi po, since nagboot ka sa flash drive para i-jailbreak anf iphone. So walang effect sa pagformat ng PC.
