The best way a human resource manager can help any organization is to hire employees with the exact skills required so as to make sure that the organizational objectives are met. Thus, to be a true partner, s/he must determine the skills required for performing certain job responsibilities.
Further, s/he should develop a job description as per the exact requirements. This will increase the satisfaction of the employees.
A human resource manager should look after the requirements of employees such as trainings, resources related to job etc. to make sure that the objectives are met.
As a HR manager, the following things should be done to minimize the outsourcing of jobs in any department:
Determine if the job skills can be developed in-house by providing certain trainings. This will enable the inhouse team to perform the job.
Increase the in-house knowledge of business.
