Ginagawang busy ang sarili, basta may ginagawa para di ko maisip na depressed ako. Pag wala akong ginagawa na alam ko, dun pumapasok yun kaya dapat palaging busy.
 
keep your mind busy, learn to discipline yourself in the most simple of the tasks; like when you wake up fix your bed, do dishes, clean your room, find a hobby where you can be good at. So that you will feel a sense of fulfillment/accomplishment. Also, do exercise to keep your mind and body healthy! Keep strong & safe mga lodi!
 
Ang masakit pa 2019 pumanaw Kuya ko tapos nitong 2021 yun kababata ko nawala na rin.Ang lungkot mga lods habang tinatayp ko to naiiyak ako naalala ko sila.😭
Idagdag mo pa dyan ang mga Kapatid ng Tatay ko na napagkakaisahan kame.Yun wala ka na kamag anak na matakbuhan para magsumbong ng ginagawa sa amin.
