since ecq season 1 maaga na tulog ng 11pm pero bilang lang sa daliri un dipa lalagpas ..mdlas 1am pinaka late 3am tpos 8am gising na hahahaha
 
This is either funny or just plain reality check 😂 I experienced numerous Sleep Deprivation unitl now still feels like "Lutang" and also short term memory loss is aching like sh1t. Ung feeling na adulthood na phase mo pero kailangan mo na tlaga matulog ng sapat like its a normie thing to do rather than being a teenager staying up all night with dopamine kicking in and doing god-like activities in your nightly hours feels tremendous really. Share kolng kase may Health issues rin ako nararamdaman at baka nga ikamatay narin kapag hinde sineryoso pero ayun nga, lucky to those teens who still has adolescence to thank for.

Aggghh Tiktok, biktima tlaga ako nyan halos mas babad pa time ko dyan kesa sa Youtube or Facebook, its not like am a big Tiktok user pero the quantity of contents to watch endlessly and randomly on Tiktok is much more entatining and bewildering in most cases.

Thanks sa advice, will keep sleeping in the correct way at bawas narin sa Tiktok 😂 minsan tlaga iba nagagawa ng Dopamine kahit adulthood which likely to happen to us here on vast internet.
 
Hahaha buti nalang pag inaantok na ako, deretso tulog na kahit madami pa gagawin. Yung adventure ko nga sa axie natulugan ko. Paggising ko sakto lumabas verification 🤣 muntik na
