Anung value sa ganyan na resistor? puro kasi black so 0 ang resistance value nya?

Not sure pero Zero-Ohm resistor ata yan. hindi naman siya complete zero resistance based sa nabasa ko. Meron pa rin daw resistance pero near zero na, nasa 0.003 - 0.004 OHM.
