online seller? self employed po kayo considered niyan. and need niyo po iregister din talaga , although if small operations naman kayo, you can hold off ung pagregister ninyo, or once may large transaction kayo na requires Official receipt, that will be the time you will be required talaga.

Lods, regarding sa pag file ng tax exemption. Every year di ba yun.?. tapos need pa ipa close at the end of the year? para walang fine sa bir or auto close na yun at the end of the year.

ou boss, di ka naman hahabulin pag small-time, although dapat kasi talaga register kadin regardless kung malaki or maliit income mo eh,

sa mga large transactions kasi nanghihingi sila ng official receipt , so need registered kay BIR po.

hindi ako masyadong maalam nito boss eh.. pero ang sabi lang nila maspass kami nung document na "annex-B2".

annex b2 is affidavit of declaration of income, Job Order employee ka ba sir?

RE: your question. yes po every year sinusubmit yan annexb2 para no withholding of taxes ka dahil below the income tax exemption which is P 250,000.00 per year.

yes boss, contractual po current job ko eh.. kaya pinasubmit kami nun.
ahm. need ba yun e close at the end of the year then re apply next year.. or automatic close yun at the end of the year.?

ganito po yan. if nagregister kayo sa bir dati , then you have ρáíd 500 po for registration fee.
every year on or before january 30, need ulit magbayad ng reg fee na 500 po. then submit ulit nung annexb2. then for the year ending (for example this year ending 2021), you need to file for you annual income tax return (deadline april 15,2022), wala tong bayad kasi below 250k naman income mo, need mo lang talaga i-file thru online (EbirForms Online).
