RUN > services.msc > hanapin mu click "WINDOWS UPDATE" > right click mu > properties > sa startup type select mu DISABLED > tapos click mu yung STOP > APPLY > OK na yan
di na autoupdate ang windows mu nyan kaya kung maguupdate ka manual update ka

salamat sa mga nag reply dito. kakaopen ko lang ulit. masyado kasing lags na. try ko lahat ng mga nasabi nyo. may nabasa ako. karamihan daw ito ang problema ng WINDOWS 7 service pack 1. maererecomend nyo ba mga sir nag mag palit ako os? to service pack 3? same windows 7 ulti 64 bit.?

natry ko na yung mga fix fix from google. nag download na ako mga update packages ganun parin.
sir. nasunod ko yung tut mo. kaso dito sakin hindi pwedeng mag pili nag ibang startup type. see mo screenshot ko.

ganun parin sir. hingi nalang ako ng link nyo jan ng windows installer. mag reformat nalang ako.. kung may sp3 sana.

boss open mo msconfig sa run command! tapos click hide microsoft services. uncheck mo lahat natira, pwera nalang sa mga kailangan mo mg auto start! click apply then restart! ok na yan!

try mo rin to! type prefetch in the run command! then delete everthing in the folder!
then click start type this %temp% and delete everything, skip mo nalang ang hindi ma delete!
lastly do this! right click my computer then click properties
click advanced system settings
click settings under performace
then click advance and click background services click apply then click ok!
