APN: telstra.iph
Apn type: default
Authentication type: PAP

save!

Syponshiled settings
proxy type: Real Host
proxy server: gamex.ph
real proxy type: Socks
real proxy server: erase zyberph make it blank

then save..
tunnel whole device
USA server..

tested! Enjoy
