Try mo to na method:

Open CMD by admin
Then type,
diskpart - to open disk partition command
Next is,
list disk - to list all the disk drives on your pc
select disk 1 - choose the usb drive number
clean all
create partition primary
After executing all commands, punta ka sa file explorer reformat mo na usb drive mo.
THAT'S ALL I HOPE IT WORKS.

yung gnamit mo na tool nagamit ko na din yan dati. nkakayos nga yan ng flashdrive. pero pag hindi na naayos sira na tlga.
