❓ Help Mentally focus

1. Keep out yourself to your gadgets/internet/unistall games and socmed. Then focus on Task.
2. Eat on time, Sleep on time.
3. Reward yourself e.g Saturday break or Sunday / day off. Do whatever you want on that day.
 
Madami bang gumugulo sa isip mo ngayon ts kaya ka di makapag focus ng maayos? Kung need mo ng advicr better na kumunsulta ka sa psychiatrist

Di nman sa ganun, di lang ako makatapos ng task kase nagwoworry ganun

Iwanan mo yung mga bagay na nag pa pa stress sayo assess urself mag bulay bulay ano ba ang problema sa sarili mo
pressure lang sa academics

Ano ba kina woworry mo ts..
Baka need mo na ng taong makakausap mo.. mahirap kasi yung ganyan at samahan mo ng dasal si lord lang makakatulong sa lahat ng mga worries mo
naprepressure lang ako sa academics huhuhu, parang kahit anong gawin ko di ko maachieve ung gusto ko
