hi boss, pindutin mo sabay yung home at power button, wait mo till your device reboots, at lalabas yung apple logo.

Settings>general>scroll down may makikita kang reset >erase all data and settings.

You can restore new firmware using itunes ang method naman nyan ay dfu mode ...
