🔒 Closed NEED HELP for Error 524 in Wordpress.

Hello mga boss,

How to fix error 524?

It happened because the client had 2 builders in her WP (ELEMENTOR & DIVI). It messed up the system and every time I go or click on theme customize, it displays error 524.
I am new to WP and don't know much about the tech side.

ask ko lang TS kung anong version ng wordpress ng client nio? kayo ba ang backend?
as in having 2 builders nag occur yung error? ano yung latter builder? pwede mo ba i disable yung latter builder?
para ma troubleshoot mo what causes the problem? may hawak din akong wordpress page pero more on maintenance lang ako not actually sa backend

Sa design lang po kase ako. Landing pages lang. I don't know about the tech side. Di rin maayos ng tech namin.

Then now, Fatal error sa Live preview ng page.

Naloloka nako. Galit na boss namin. hahaha
I'm trying to find a way to help them kahit sa design lang ako kaya I'm seeking tech expertise regarding the issues.

Wala talaga ako alam sa gantong bagay but kaya ko naman aralin basta may guide.

Good morning, naresolve mona ba yung problem? nakalimutan kong isuggest na i turn off lahat ng plugins? nabasa ko kasi may nakita akong error line 470 sa plugins

inspect mo nalng yung mga error sa fatal error na binigay ni wp. may mga line errors bawat .php file(s) e. hindi ko sure kung nabura kasi malabo naman mabura yan. wala ba kayong parang earlier backup para restore nio nalang?

Demanding pa sa design e hindi naman naka-pro/premium account. Ka-stress.

If ever po ba, pwede kayo i-hire? hehe pero aask ko din muna sa boss ko if gusto niya ng maintenance guy sa WP clients namin. Though bihira lang kase mostly sa GHL, Kajabi, Clickfunnels kami nagbibuild ng landing pages. Sa Upwork po kami. Mej startup lang na Online advertising agency.
