oo epektib xa 100% legit my mga mura anti rad sa shoppe kaso hindi nman tlga anti radiation. yung SHIGETSU subok na.. my blue light na kasama sa box pag bumili ka. pwede mo i test

Hi po, need nyo po ng rest for like 15 every an hour para mawala eye strain nyo sa mata, need nyo din po i adjust yung contrast and brightness and lastly po try nyo po i relocate yung room light nyo, does not matter po kung meron kayo anti blue light glasses kung sa range po and distrubution ng light mejo po alanganin and start having with eye fatigue, close nyo po mata nu within those break times para mag karon ng liquid ulit yung balls ng eyes at hindi matuyuan hope this help.

Try using blue light filter sa phone. Mayroon na ding settings ang mga pc ngayon na may blue light shield. Pero kung nais mo talaga ng glasses, subukan mo magpacheck at kumuha ng prescription glasses sa optical shops dahil mas alam nila ang para sayo.

Bilhin mo yung metal frame kasi pag plastic mga ilang months lang bali na agad naka dalawa na ako sa plastic mga ilang months lang sakin.
