🚲 Cycling Paano lumakas?

Paano po ba dapat gawin at lumakas pag paahon? Lagi po kasi nasakit at parang naninigas yung hita ko pag paahon
 
  • Mag core and leg exercises ka kung hindi ka nagbibisikleta
  • kung naka cleats/straps, i practice ang "up stroke" pedalling
  • wag ubusin ang lakas sa first part ng ahon
 
taasan mo saddle pag mababa hindi makapwersa hita mo, dapat padyak mo parang nakacleats para magsama yung pwersa ng hita at binti..
