Bakit po "no cap" ang tawag nyo? Cap pertains to data limit. Throttle pertains to speed limit. So it should be "no throttle."

"Nocap" na kasi ginagamit na term ng mga members dito sa phcorner nung nagsimula ang throttled speed sa GTM using noload.
