how to check PSA birthcertificate kung original or fake?
texture? color? or what so ever characteristics

Yellowish po at may seal sa upper left. Usually yung fake almost the same kaya mahirap i-differentiate. Only way is to know where did you get it. If it is direclty from PSA either online or office visit legit 'yan.
